- If you're returning items by mail, it's crucial that they are returned in all their original packaging, including tags, boxes, and pouches. This ensures the items are well-protected during transit.
LOSS OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
Please note that GEMX does not provide refunds for items that are lost or damaged during their return journey to our studio. For your own protection, we advise you to package your items with extra care, using ample padding, and include secure tracking information and insurance.
In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged item, please contact our Customer Service immediately. Provide a clear description of the damaged item and include a photograph to expedite the resolution.
