GEMX is a company that advocates the concept of environmental protection, so it will not intentionally increase the inventory.  items that are not currently in stock are individually handcrafted and require 2-3 weeks to be meticulously crafted before they are sent out for shipping.Our products undergo strict quality control to ensure your satisfaction when they reach you. But what is certain is that we are doing our best to pack and ship it to you as soon as possible.

To initiate a return, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be in their original condition, free from any signs of wear or damage. We kindly request that you keep items in their pristine state, without any alterations or usage.
  • If you're returning items by mail, it's crucial that they are returned in all their original packaging, including tags, boxes, and pouches. This ensures the items are well-protected during transit.

Please note that GEMX does not provide refunds for items that are lost or damaged during their return journey to our studio. For your own protection, we advise you to package your items with extra care, using ample padding, and include secure tracking information and insurance.
In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged item, please contact our Customer Service immediately. Provide a clear description of the damaged item and include a photograph to expedite the resolution.

To initiate the return or exchange process, please submit your request through our convenient Return Portal.

* Please be aware that Sample Sale items, Custom pieces, Limited Edition pieces, and One of a Kind pieces are not eligible for exchange, credit, or return. We do not refund the cost of shipping for returns or exchanges. Some exclusions may apply.



To facilitate a smooth exchange or return, all items must be processed through the Return Portal. GEMX cannot accept responsibility for items returned without prior notification or the requested documentation. Items shipped without prior notification through the Return Portal will not be accepted and will be promptly returned to the sender.
